Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when a customer connects their Google account to our customer reporting dashboard.
1. What our dashboard does
CMC Marketing Agency provides digital marketing services. CMC Marketing Dashboard is a simple customer dashboard that helps our customers see reports about the marketing work we do for them.
Customers may connect their own Google accounts so we can read marketing performance data and show useful reports in one place.
2. Google data we access
With the customer’s permission, we may read reporting data from:
- Google Ads, such as campaign performance, clicks, impressions, cost, conversions, and related account/reporting data.
- Google Search Console, such as website search performance, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and average position.
- Google Analytics, such as website traffic, events, conversions, acquisition, pages, sessions, and engagement metrics.
- Google Business Profile, such as profile views, calls, website clicks, direction requests, reviews, and location performance.
We do not ask for or collect the customer’s Google password.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect customer billing or subscription information through this dashboard.
We do not collect payment card details through this dashboard.
We do not use Google account data for advertising, retargeting, selling data, or building unrelated user profiles.
4. How we use the data
We use the connected Google data only to create reports for the customer and to help the customer understand how their marketing is performing.
Examples include showing changes in organic traffic, Google Ads performance, Google Business Profile calls, website visits, leads, and other marketing results.
We may also use the data to troubleshoot reports, improve reporting accuracy, and support the customer.
5. Google API Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for serving ads, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, or determining creditworthiness.
6. Sharing
We do not share a customer’s Google data with other customers.
We may share data only with service providers that help us operate the dashboard, such as hosting, database, security, or technical support providers. These providers may use the data only to help provide the dashboard.
We may also disclose information if required by law or needed to protect the dashboard, our customers, or our business.
7. Storage and security
We use reasonable security measures to protect connected account data and reports, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate.
Only authorized team members or service providers may access customer data when needed to provide reporting, support, security, or legal compliance.
8. Disconnecting Google access and deletion
Customers can disconnect Google access through their Google account permissions page or by contacting us.
After access is disconnected, new data will no longer be imported from that Google account. Customers may also contact us to request deletion of dashboard data, subject to any legal or security requirements.
